PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TIME FRAME?You can expect your order to arrive within the following time frames below: Heat press and embroidery products – 1-2 weeks Sublimated products – 4-6 weeks Cut & sew products – 8-10 weeks Pick Up If "GC Store Pick Up" is selected upon placing your order, you will be emailed once your order is packaged and ready from our store. Delivery If "Standard Shipping" is selected upon placing your order, you will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our store. Your order will be delivered to your door via NZ Couriers. Game Changer will not be held accountable for delays in delivery schedules due to unforeseeable circumstances, items on back order, inability or delay in authorities or customs holds, quarantine and or agricultural hold, delays in international shipping and or local freight beyond our control due to natural calamities and extreme weather conditions.

Talk to our team to see if we can help provide you with the correct items. Size Samples Again we have limited items in store and we do not hold all sizes of all products. Talk to our team for any queries about sizes. We are more than welcome to help you find the right sizes before you place your order, otherwise please refer to our provided size charts.

CAN WE REMOVE THE GAME CHANGER BRANDING LOGO?Game Changer is the brand that your designs are created by. We reserve the right to display our logo on all garments we produce. The positioning of our logo is always displayed on the front and/or on the back of our garments. On occasions where culturally appropriate we can make the exception for the branding logo to be moved to a different position or change the colour, however we cannot remove our logo.

REQUIRED LOGO & ARTWORK FILESYou must provide all required logos and artwork in vector format such as AI, EPS, SVG or PDF. These formats are crucial as it ensures your logos print out clearly onto the garments. If you are unable to provide us with the required formats, our in-house designer can redraw logos for a fee of $38.00 +GST per logo.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A MOCK UP DESIGN?We aim to have all graphic visuals turned over within 7-10 working days from payment of our Commitment Fee. However depending on our current workload and complexity of the design it could take a little longer. Please contact our team to discuss your requirements.
